These competencies are essential for confidently steering your organization towards sustainability or pursuing new roles dedicated to sustainable practices.
The studies are implemented online, and you can work full time while studying.
Structure of studies
Our Management in Sustainable Business programme is a comprehensive introduction to sustainable, data-driven, and innovative business management.
The competences gained during your education respond to the requirements of companies and other organizations and prepare you for challenging development projects in relation to sustainable business.
You will network with experienced professors and enthusiastic students from all over the world via inspiring group discussions and reflections, lectures, and business presentations. As teamwork is an essential part of the studies, you will be equipped with excellent co-operational skills in a multicultural environment.
Na studia magisterskie mogą kandydować wszyscy, którzy ukończyli studia licencjackie lub inżynierskie (studia I stopnia), studia magisterskie lub studiują na ostatnim roku studiów I-stopnia. Studia, które planujesz powinny mieć zbliżony profil do tych obecnych lub ukończonych, ponieważ w procesie rekrutacji kluczowa jest ich zgodność programowa.
- Wykaz punktów ECTS – osoby, które są jeszcze w trakcie studiów, muszą załączyć wypis punktów ECTS, w którym będzie wykazane, jakie przedmioty były realizowane na studiach oraz ile punktów za nie otrzymano.
- Dyplom ukończenia studiów licencjackich lub inżynierskich – jeśli jesteś absolwentem wyższej uczelni, nie potrzebujesz wypisu, wystarczy załączyć dyplom ukończenia studiów wraz z suplementem (w języku angielskim lub oryginał z tłumaczeniem)
You are eligible for Master's Degree studies when you:
- have a higher education degree (UAS or university,at least 210 ECTS), which includes at least 15 credits of Bachelor’s level studies in the field of Economics and Business Administration.
OR
- have a higher education degree (UAS or university, at least 210 ECTS) AND applicable work experience in the field of Economics and Business Administration.
Work experience
In addition to the required qualification, you need to have at least two years of work experience from the relevant field. The work experience needs to be obtained after completing the higher education degree. If you have worked outside of Finland and you have not been given such document by your employer, please fill out this form and attach it to your application together with a reference letter from the employer. The information that you provide will be used to verify if your work experience fulfills the eligibility criteria.
Your task is to write a thesis plan for your Master’s thesis. You must upload the assignment to your application We will publish the instructions for completing and returning the assignment 15 November 2025 at the latest.

A master’s degree qualifies you for positions that require a higher education degree. The degree is a fully recognized university degree in Finland as well as abroad, and upon completion provides you with the eligibility to apply for a doctoral degree.
