- You’ll combine gastronomy with management, communication, and ICT. Not only will you become a top chef, but you’ll also learn how to run a restaurant.
- You’ll study entirely in English, preparing you to cook in kitchens around the world or help restaurants earn happy guests, high ratings, and Michelin stars.
- You’ll go on work placements, developing both your culinary and management skills. In the final year, you’ll complete an 18-week internship at a fine dining restaurant, either at home or abroad.
- For your high-level culinary training, we collaborate with the renowned hotel school Ter Duinen in Koksijde. We also have two of our own training restaurants (De Karmeliet and Tête Pressée).
- You’ll study in Bruges, one of Europe’s premier tourist destinations, where the restaurant scene is as diverse as it is high-quality.

- Two in-house training restaurants. You’ll receive practical lessons in two former top restaurants in Bruges: De Karmeliet and Tête Pressée. In the third year, you will run Tête Pressée as your own pop-up restaurant.
