The Master's programme is designed to develop you into an academic professional skilled in analysing complex issues related to gender, diversity, and inequality. The curriculum is thoughtfully structured to guide you through a comprehensive learning journey, beginning with the acquisition of in-depth scientific knowledge, progressing to socially relevant research, and culminating in the practical application of these insights.
This Intersectional Gender Studies programme provides you with an interdisciplinary and intersectional perspective, combining insights from cultural studies, sociology, political sciences, and social psychology, among others. You will learn to analyse how social categories such as gender, race, disability and class intersect and shape inequalities at individual, structural, and cultural levels. The programme includes hands-on research projects where you apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, such as the gender pay gap, unequal access to healthcare, and biases in artificial intelligence. You will critically reflect on existing policy interventions and assess their effectiveness in addressing these layered issues. By the end of your studies, you will be equipped to (re)design policies and interventions that are inclusive and responsive to the complexities of societal inequality.

Na studia magisterskie mogą kandydować wszyscy, którzy ukończyli studia licencjackie lub inżynierskie (studia I stopnia), studia magisterskie lub studiują na ostatnim roku studiów I-stopnia. Studia, które planujesz powinny mieć zbliżony profil do tych obecnych lub ukończonych, ponieważ w procesie rekrutacji kluczowa jest ich zgodność programowa.
- Wykaz punktów ECTS – osoby, które są jeszcze w trakcie studiów, muszą załączyć wypis punktów ECTS, w którym będzie wykazane, jakie przedmioty były realizowane na studiach oraz ile punktów za nie otrzymano.
- Dyplom ukończenia studiów licencjackich lub inżynierskich – jeśli jesteś absolwentem wyższej uczelni, nie potrzebujesz wypisu, wystarczy załączyć dyplom ukończenia studiów wraz z suplementem (w języku angielskim lub oryginał z tłumaczeniem)

Spełnienie wymagań w zakresie języka angielskiego można udokumentować w następujący sposób:
- IELTS – 6.5
- TOEFL - 90
You are admissible if you have completed a Bachelor's degree from a Research University in the field of:
- Social Sciences (e.g. Sociology, Anthropology, Communication Science, Pedagogical Sciences, Psychology etc.)
- Humanities (e.g. Art History, Arts and Culture Studies, Communication and Information Sciences, History, Language and Culture, Media and Culture, Linguistics etc.)
- Management Sciences (e.g. Political Science, Business Administration, Public Administration etc.)
and earned at least 20 ECTSs (or the equivalent) in courses from the field of:
- Gender & Diversity Studies
- Women's Studies
- Sexuality Studies
- Disability Studies
- Migration Studies
- Postcolonial Studies
- Or a similar curriculum
These 20 ECs are to ensure that you have the foundational knowledge on which the Master's programme builds. The examination board will evaluate if your Bachelor's degree and 20 ECs meet the requirements.
